Native & Editable File Policy
At KW Design Group, every project includes the delivery of the final approved files in the formats necessary for their intended use (such as PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG, or other agreed-upon export formats).
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, all native, editable, or working files—including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Adobe Photoshop (.PSD), Adobe InDesign (.INDD), source code, layered artwork, design concepts, production files, and other editable project assets—remain the exclusive property of KW Design Group.
Native and editable files are considered part of our proprietary creative process and internal production workflow and are not included in the purchase of design services. As such, these files are not released, transferred, or sold to clients.
Clients do not have the right to modify, reproduce, or distribute KW Design Group's proprietary working files.
If ownership or transfer of native or editable files is required for a project, it must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing prior to project completion. Additional licensing or transfer fees may apply.
By engaging KW Design Group's services, clients acknowledge and agree to this Native & Editable File Policy.
